In order to provide complete personal services for our clients, we ask you to call and speak directly with our customer service representatives. This way we can schedule an appointment that will best meet your needs and the needs of your pets. Please call 480-538-0900.
Our routine and wellness appointments are generally 30 minutes long. Your pets will be admitted by our trained nurses and seen by our veterinarians. Some re-evaluation appointments may not require 30 minutes while more complicated cases may require more time.
"Drop Off" admission is available for established patients if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. The nursing staff will take your pet's history, your concerns, and vital medical information before you leave. The pet will stay for evaluation by the veterinarian and findings or recommendations will then be communicated with you either by telephone or at discharge.
For New Patients, please allow an additional 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to create a medical record and patient file. If you would like to complete your information prior to arrival, you can call us at 480-538-0900 to access the online client registration or use the following form to fill in, print, and bring with you on your first visit.
